You can return the products personally by sending them to our warehouse or also through a transporter organized by us. In both cases, the customer must bear the direct cost of returning the products. We will proceed to reimburse the return using the same means of payment used by the client in the initial transaction and discounting the cost of transport if we organize the collection of the return.

· If the products show signs of having been used.

· If the products are not in the same state in which they were shipped.

· If the original packaging is not available, a charge may be made for the market value of such packaging.
