You can return the products personally by sending them to our warehouse or also through a transporter organized by us. In both cases, the customer must bear the direct cost of returning the products. In order to comply with article 69 of the aforementioned rule, you can download here, the form to be completed in case you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.

We will proceed to reimburse the return using the same means of payment used by the client in the initial transaction and discounting the cost of transport if we organize the collection of the return.

· If the products are not in the same state in which they were shipped.

· If the original packaging is not available, a charge may be made for the market value of such packaging.
